Depending on your location, the data controller responsible for your personal information is either SimplyCubed, GK, a company registered in Japan, or Charles Green LLC, a company registered in the United States. If you are located in Japan, SimplyCubed GK will serve as the responsible entity. For individuals and organizations outside of Japan, including those in the United States, Charles Green LLC will act as the responsible entity.
